Flower of My Sun - Original Art

One day I was walking to the post office last summer and I passed by a row of sunflowers that were the same height as myself. I took a photo of one that was nurturing a bumblebee in the center. When I got home I looked at some of Van Gogh's sunflower pieces and tried to emulate them using shapes. Set against a vivid backdrop, you have a sunflower aching for your attention. Marker on paper, mounted, matted and sealed. Measures 12x12.
